Delong Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Bai Baohua as Independent Director, Chairman of Nominating and Remuneration Committees and Member of the Audit Committee

The Board of Directors of Delong Holdings Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Bai Baohua as an Independent Director of the company with
effect from July 1, 2014. Mr. Bai Baohua will also cease to be the Chairman of Nominating and Remuneration Committees and Member of the Audit Committee.
