6 June 2023, Moscow, Russia. Detsky Mir Group (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", MOEX: DSKY), a specialised retailer and the leader in the children's goods sector in Russia and Kazakhstan, informs about candidates to the new Board of Directors, for consideration by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).

The Board of Directors proposes to the AGM to consider candidates who are employees of PJSC Detsky Mir. The Company has not received any recommendations from the Company's shareholders to nominate candidates to the Board of Directors of PJSC Detsky Mir.

AGM materials will be available from 8 June 2023 upon request to the Company's Corporate Secretary Office at: 3 Third Nizhnelikhoborsky Proezd, Bld. 6, Moscow, 127238, Russia and on Detsky Mir's website https://ir.detmir.ru/general-meeting-of-shareholders.
