Deutsche Konsum REIT publishes audited results and presents Annual Report for the FY 2017/2018

Broderstorf, 18 December 2018 - Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG (ISIN DE000A14KRD3) has submitted its audited financial figures for the FY 2017/2018.

The annual results fully confirm the preliminary results which have been published on 15 November 2018 and can be concluded as follows:

- Net income of EUR 30.9 million (IFRS) and EUR 6.1 (German Gaap)

- Rental income up 49% to EUR 28.6 million

- Vacancy drops by 34% to 9.6% / WALT amounts 5.2 years

- FFO up 62% to EUR 16.6 million / aFFO of EUR 8.4 million

- Dividend proposal of EUR 0.20 per share

- Balance sheet value of investment property increased to EUR 418.7 million

- EPRA NAV increased by 23% to EUR 7.70 per share

- Net LTV at 51.2%

- FFO forecast of EUR 26 million to EUR 29 million for financial year 2018/2019
