Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited announced that Dr. Rajiv Kumar an Independent director on the board of the company has expressed his desire to resign from the position due to his appointment as the vice chairman of NITI Aayog. The board has accepted the resignation with effect from September 11, 2017.
