Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited appointed Mr. R. Subramaniakumar as the Administrator of the Company in terms of Section 45-IE of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 ("RBI Act") and accordingly powers of the Board are vested in the Administrator.
