Distell Group Holdings Limited announced that Mr. MJ Bowman has resigned as a non-executive director of the Board, effective 26 July 2018. Mr. Bowman was appointed to the Board in 2017 but is now obliged to resign given a potential conflict of interest due to a personal investment in a Cape based drinks operation.
