DMS Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A068790) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 448,430 shares pursuant to the trust contract with KB Securities. The purpose of the share repurchase program is to stabilize the share price and increase shareholder value.
