ZURICH (Reuters) - DSV is extending the offer period for its $4.6 billion (3.6 billion pounds) takeover of Switzerland's Panalpina by 15 days, the Danish logistics company said on Wednesday.
The offer period, which was originally due to end on June 26, will now end on July 17, DSV said in a statement. It also kept open the option to extend the offer period by up to a maximum of 40 days.
