FILING OF THE MINORITY SLATE

Fabriano, 5 aprile 2021 - Elica S.p.A. rende noto che, in data 2 Aprile 2021, sono state depositate una lista per la nomina dei componenti per il rinnovo del Consiglio di Amministrazione e una lista per il Collegio Sindacale da parte dell'azionista di maggioranza FAN S.R.L., titolare del 52,809 % del capitale sottoscritto e versato di Elica S.p.A..

Le liste saranno messe a disposizione del pubblico, entro il giorno 8 aprile 2021, presso la sede sociale, presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio 1INFO (www.1info.it) e sul sito internet di Elica S.p.A, https://elica.com/corporation/it/investor-relations/assemblea-azionisti

Ai sensi dell'art. 144-sexies, Regolamento Emittenti Consob, si comunica che, poiché alla data del 4 aprile 2021 è stata depositata solo la suddetta lista per la nomina dei componenti del Collegio Sindacale, potranno essere presentate liste da parte degli azionisti di minoranza, fino al 7 aprile 2021 e la soglia prevista per la presentazione delle liste medesime è ridotta alla metà (e dunque all'1,25% del capitale sociale di Elica S.p.A.).

Fabriano, April 5, 2021 - Elica S.p.A. announces that on April 2, 2021 the slates for the renewal of the Board of Directors and the slate for the renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the majority shareholder FAN S.R.L., holder of 52.809% of the Elica S.p.A. subscribed and paid-in share capital, were filed.

The slates will be made available to the public by April 8, 2021 at the registered offices, on the authorised storage mechanism 1INFO (www.1info.it) and on the Elica S.p.A. website at https://elica.com/corporation/en/investor-relations/shareholders-meeting

In accordance with Article 144-sexies, Consob Issuers' Regulations, Elica S.p.A. announces that, as on April 4, 2021 only the above-stated slate for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors had been filed, slates may be presented by the minority shareholders until April 7, 2021 and the threshold for the presentation of such slates is reduced by half (therefore 1.25% of Elica S.p.A. voting share capital).
