EMAS Offshore : Delisting of shares from Oslo Børs

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 15 August 2018 where
Finanstilsynet imposed Oslo Børs to delist the shares of EMAS Offshore Limited
(the «Company») due to repeated and outstanding violations of the rules on
financial reporting. The Company appealed the decision to Finansdepartementet on
14 September 2018.

Finansdepartementet has handled the appeal and made the following resolution:

"The resolution by Finanstilsynet of 15 August 2018 to impose the Oslo Stock
Exchange to delist the shares of EMAS Offshore Limited (ISIN SGIAD2000008)
listed on Oslo Børs, is upheld. The deadline for delisting is set to 21
September 2020".

In accordance with the above, the shares of EMAS Offshore Limited will be
delisted from Oslo Børs with effect from 21 September 2020. The last listing
date will be 18 September 2020.
