Roxbury Appointed to Vice Chair of the PBA Group 8...

Jennifer Roxbury, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, of The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton, has been elected Vice Chair of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PBA) Group 8. The Groups within the state are defined by geography and play a significant role in the nominating process and grassroots efforts of the Association.

"I am honored to be given the opportunity to guide and connect PBA members within the sixteen counties of Group 8. I look forward to being a part of this growing effort and am eager to learn from those who are involved with this initiative," noted Roxbury, who has already begun serving her 3-year term which started on July 1.  

Roxbury, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, has been with the Farmers National Bank of Emlenton since 2011. Mrs. Roxbury possesses over 25 years of community banking experience and has a strong background in product development, project management, and financial services. Mrs. Roxbury is responsible for the management of the Bank's branch network, consumer loan and deposit operations, facilities, human resources, marketing, and information technology. Most recently, Mrs. Roxbury was elected to serve as the Group 8 liaison for the statewide Women in Banking initiative in addition to serving as a member of the PBA School of Banking Advisory Committee, which is responsible for reviewing and evaluating the school curriculum and educational needs of member banks'.
