By Under the terms of the Agreement, Encore Energy will exclusively license its patent to Energy America Geothermal. The Company will receive a royalty from installed systems based on total installation value.
The Company anticipates a significantly larger revenue stream from this expanded license agreement. All revenue received from the Agreement will be direct-deposited, in full, to a Shareholder Escrow Account. The cash will be distributed to all record-date stockholders on an annual basis, pro rata.
This technology licensing initiative is part of the Company's expanded business model and new growth initiatives to reduce operational overheads, create equity returns to stockholders, and expand the Company's market breadth. Anticipated additions include new technology and solutions for power co-generation and displacement, bio-diesel production technologies, new corporate image, brand and market awareness, and new industry alliances and marketing to tap the growing power generation, conservation, and displacement industry.
