Energy Transfer LP (NYSE:ET) entered into an agreement to acquire Woodford Express, LLC from Woodford Express Partners, LLC for approximately $490 million.

Energy Transfer LP (NYSE:ET) entered into an agreement to acquire Woodford Express, LLC from Woodford Express Partners, LLC for approximately $490 million in August 3, 2022. The consideration will be paid in cash. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the third quarter of 2022, subject to regulatory review, Hart-Scott-Rodino Act clearance and other customary closing conditions, and to be immediately accretive to Distributable Cash Flow.
