Re:	The 18th capital reduction of the registered capital of Erawan Hotel Growth Property Fund (ERWPF)

SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd., the asset management company ("the Management Company") of Erawan Hotel Growth Property Fund ("ERWPF" or "the Fund"), had sent a registered capital reduction request for ERWPF to the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") in order to decrease the registered capital of the Fund by 16,606,230 baht which equals to 0.0943 baht per unit. The registered capital of the Fund after the capital reduction will be 1,454,867,760 baht and the par value will be 8.2616 baht per unit.

The Management Company would like to announce that the SEC has approved the capital reduction per request above on 16 June 2022 as stated in the SEC's letter, JorTor-3. 155/2565, Re: The 18th capital reduction of the registered capital of ERWPF. Unitholders can make additional inquires through the Customer Service Division of the Management Company at 0 2777 7777 press 0 and then 6, during 8.30 - 17.00 hrs. of every business day.
