Today, ESG Core Investments B.V. in liquidatie (the Company), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) listed on Euronext Amsterdam, announces that the statutory creditor opposition period of two months has expired and that no objections to the Company's liquidation were lodged.
On this basis, the shares will be delisted from Euronext Amsterdam on 20 April 2023, with the last day to trade shares being today, 19 April 2023, and the liquidation will become effective on 25 April 2023.
The amount per share that shareholders will receive as liquidation distribution is EUR 10.00. The relevant dates in respect of payment of liquidation distributions are as follows:
