CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

IN RELATION TO

RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Reference is made to the announcement of Evergreen International Holdings Limited (the ''Company'') dated 8 September 2020 in relation to the resignation of Mr. Ng Wing Fai (''Mr. Ng'') as an independent non-executive director of the Company. Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

As stated in the Announcement, Mr. Ng has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 8 September 2020 due to personal reasons. The Board wishes to clarify that Mr. Ng has resigned from the aforesaid position as he wishes to devote more time to his own Certified Public Accountants (Practising) firm business, the scope of service of which covers not only Hong Kong but also other countries, and the clients of which are more or less affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. During this difficult time, Mr. Ng wishes to put more effort and commitment into his own business.
