5.Cause of occurrence:
(1)FERD, FENC��s wholly-owned subsidiary, plans to exchange 11 pieces of
raw land with a combined area of 3,854 square meters, including but not
limited to lot No. 998-5, located at Ya Dong Section, Banqiao District,
New Taipei City for AESLP��s raw land nearby. The land holdings of AESLP
are composed of 12 pieces at Ya Dong Section of Banqiao District with a
combined area of 3,854 sqm, such as lot No. 998-9.
(2)The transaction will subject to the approval of the Ministry of
Education. Upon approval, FERD will convene a Board of Directors meeting
to resolve details related to the proposed transaction, and further
announcement will be made in accordance to respective regulations.
