More Heathrow investors are looking to sell their shares as Saudi Arabia prepares to buy a stake. The unnamed investors are hoping to join Heathrow's Spanish owner Ferrovial SE (BME:FER) after the Amsterdam-based infrastructure group announced plans to sell its 25% stake in a £2.4 billion deal. The group of shareholders are seeking to sell shares representing 35% of the London-based international airport, Ferrovial said.

The latest interest from shareholders would involve 60% of Heathrow Airport (Heathrow Airport Holdings Limited) changing hands, fuelling concerns about foreign ownership of major UK infrastructure. Ferrovial in November announced plans to sell a 10% stake to Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund.
