FSL TRUST ANNOUNCES DATE FOR THE RELEASE OF THE THIRD QUARTER 2022 RESULTS AND LIVE WEBCAST

Singapore, 27 October 2022 - FSL Trust Management Pte. Ltd. ("FSLTM"), the trustee- manager of First Ship Lease Trust ("FSL Trust" or the "Trust"), will report the financial results of FSL Trust for the third quarter ended 30 September 2022 on Thursday, 3 November 2022, after trading hours.

FSLTM will host a live webcast to discuss the financial results for the third quarter of 2022 at 10.00 a.m. (Singapore time) on Friday, 4 November 2022.
