CommunityONE Bank Names Commercial Banking Managers

Asheboro, NC - CommunityONE Bank has named Duffie McKee and Robin Howard as
Commercial Banking Managers for the bank's eastern region.
"We are proud to have Duffie and Robin leading our commercial banking efforts in the eastern part of our organization," commented Greg Spainhour, Commercial Banking Executive for CommunityONE. "This is an exciting time at CommunityONE and both of these individuals possess the knowledge and experience to help us provide innovative business solutions to our commercial customers."
McKee joined CommunityONE as a Business Banker in 2011 and has 22 years of banking experience. He previously served as an executive for another financial institution in the Hickory and Alamance markets. McKee received a bachelor's degree and a master's in business administration from the University of South Carolina. He previously served as president of the Alamance Breakfast Rotary Club and currently serves on the Advisory Board for Elon University's Doherty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership. In his new role as Commercial Banking Manager, McKee will work out of the bank's branch in Burlington and will lead the bank's commercial banking efforts in the Piedmont area including Alamance, Guilford, Orange and Rowan counties.
Howard, a native of Scotland County, has more than 28 years of banking experience and is a graduate of Pembroke State University. She has served in various capacities since joining the bank in
1995; most recently serving as Market Executive of the bank's Southern area. She has completed various banking schools including the American Banker's Association's National Commercial Lending School. Howard is also a graduate of the Moore County Leadership Institute and previously served as an Ambassador with the Moore County Chamber of Commerce. She also previously served as President of Rotary Club in Southern Pines. Howard will lead a team of commercial bankers in Chatham, Montgomery, Moore, Randolph, Richmond and Scotland counties.
