Item 8.01 Other Events.

As previously announced BIGtoken, Inc. (the "Company") filed an amendment to its Articles of Incorporation to change its corporate name from Force Protection Video Equipment Corp. to BIGtoken, Inc.

The Company has received approval for the name and ticker change from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Effective March 9, 2022, the Company's common stock, which trades on the Pink Sheets tier of the OTC Markets Group will cease trading under the ticker symbol "FPVD" and will commence trading under the new ticker symbol "BGTK". Along with the symbol change, the Company's common stock has been assigned a new CUSIP number of 089693105. Outstanding stock certificates for shares of the Company are not affected by the name change and will continue to be valid and need not be exchanged.

The name change does not affect the rights of the Company's security holders.
