On February 17, 2023, FTAC Parnassus Acquisition Corp. (the "Company") issued a
press release announcing that it will redeem all of its outstanding shares of
Class A common stock that were included in the units issued in its initial
public offering, effective as of the close of business on March 16, 2023, as the
Company will not consummate an initial business combination within the time
period required by its Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation. A copy
of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated
herein by reference.
