2. Aim of Opening New Store

Since its opening in 1996, the property has received a lot of support from domestic and overseas customers as one of Fukuoka's landmarks. Alpen FUKUOKA, the second flagship store following Alpen TOKYO, opened in the south building as the first step of the plan for "Canal City Hakata Future Vision". The store will feature three different business categories and boasts one of the largest product lineups in Kyushu. We will continue to aim to attract more customers by enhancing the value of the experience by attracting tenants, that are unique to this property.

"The Golf 5 Flagship Store" is the first flagship store in Kyushu, where the five "Golf 5 Prestige" stores in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Kobe, will serve as a prestige corner.

Based on the concept of "not only selling golf equipment but also proposing a new golf lifestyle to customers," the club corner offers a total of 2,500 test clubs including a wide variety of custom shafts, the latest equipment for putter fitting, and five hitting bays including one private room for test hitting.
