Services expanded
In 2012, Deutsche Bausparkasse Badenia continued to further enhance those services which allow financial advisors or intermediaries to be fast, transparent and comprehensive in advising clients and handling customers' request. Enquiries show that the high satisfaction of Badenia's distribution partners has increased further.

Distinction for customer service
Customer satisfaction, too, increased in the third consecutive year. It has thus developed better then the market average.
After the customer services had already achieved top rankings, Badenia was awarded the "excellent" KUBUS quality seal in 2012 for its telephone contact. Dr. Petin regards this as the "visible sign of the company's consistent orientation towards service for customers."

New tariff launched
On February 6, 2013 Badenia launched its new tariff Via Badenia 500 in the market. Dr. Petin explains the reasons: "By developing the new tariff, Badenia responded to the persistently low level of interest rates in the capital market. The conditions of the new tariff are better adjusted to the market, but nevertheless Via Badenia 500 maintains its features of fast loan allocation and flexibility in using the loans." A new website www.das-richtige-für-jeden.de(the right thing for everybody) provides an entertaining and informative presentation of the advantages of the new tariff.

Positive business development expected
The growing share of refurbishments in construction investments - which is a domain of the building society's financing business - and the long-term security of building-society contracts as a means of retirement provision, together with the new building-society tariff, represent a favourable environment for a positive business development of Badenia. Dr. Petin: "Thanks to attractive products and efficient sales networks, Badenia will be able to provide impetus in new business." The company will, for instance, further expand its cooperation with DVAG, especially in loan business.
