London, October 5, 2015 - Ivar Michaelsen is appointed COO Consumer Experiences UK, Nordics and Baltics. He succeeds Ben van der Werf who leaves the company to pursue new opportunities.

Ivar Michaelsen joined GfK from Nielsen earlier this year and most recently has been in charge of GfK's Consumer Experiences business in the Nordics. Born and educated in Denmark, Michaelsen, age 53, brings along 17 years of experience in market research and substantial insights in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
