CESSATION OF TRADING OF THE SHARES OF "Grivalia Properties Real Estate Investment Company (REIC)" DUE TO MERGER BY ABSORPTION BY "EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A."

GRIVALIA PROPERTIES REIC ("Company") announces that on 17.05.2019 the decision No. 1547823-1/17.05.2019 of Ministry of Economy and Development was registered in the General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) under Νo. 1743324, according to which the merger by way of absorption by "EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A." of the Company was approved, pursuant to the provisions of articles 68 par. 2, 69-70,72-77a of Codified Law 2190/1920, in conjunction with the provisions of articles 1-5 of Codified Law 2166/1993 and the provisions of article 16 of Codified Law 2515/1997.

Following the above, the Company (G.E.MI. 000239101000) was deleted from the G.E.MI. registry (G.E.MI. Νo. 1743426/17.05.2019). Consequently, the last trading day of Company shares on the Athens Stock Exchange will be on 17.05.2019 and on 20.05.2019 their trading will cease.
