Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. announced that at its extraordinary general meeting held on August 23, 2018, approved the the appointment of Mr. Ding Hongxiang and Mr. Han Ying as a non-executive director, Mr. Han Ying served in Guangdong Yuegang Water Supply Co., Ltd. from August 2006 to July 2007, and was previously the vice director of listing office, vice president, and vice president of Beijing branch, of Jinzhou Bank Co., Ltd. from August 2007 to July 2011, vice chairman of Shenzhen Tatfook Peitian Investment Co., Ltd. from August 2011 to March 2013. He has successively served as the general manager, chairman and party secretary of Guangzhou Industrial Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. since March 2013. The company also election of Ms. Chen Tian as a supervisor. Ms. Chen Tian, aged 40, is a dedicated supervisor of Guangzhou Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd. She was a senior staff of the supervision office, the office and the legal division of Guangzhou Municipal Commission of Commerce (Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Guangzhou), and Mr. Liao Chongkang as a supervisor. Mr. Liao Chongkang, aged 42, is the head of the planning and development department of Guangzhou Iron & Steel Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Liao was previously the auditor of the audit department, section head of finance department, assistant to department head, deputy department head and department head of Guangzhou Iron & Steel Enterprise Group Co., Ltd., and deputy general manager of Guangzhou Jinbo Logistics and Trade Co., Ltd.
