Our Board of Directors have resolved, in today's meeting, to propose the amendments of Articles 10 and 16 of the Articles of Association, in order to extend the validity of authorised capital for another five-year term covering the years 2021- 2025, and to enable Board of Directors' meetings to be held by electronic means.

Attached proposed amendments to the Articles of Association are subject to the approval of General Assembly, provided that necessary permissions and approvals from Capital Markets Board and Ministry of Trade are obtained.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
