Reference is made to the annual results announcement (the "Results Announcement") dated 31 March 2020 of Haichang Ocean Park Holdings Ltd. (the "Company") and its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Group") for the year ended 31 December 2019 ("FY2019"), and the annual report of the Company for FY2019 (the "Annual Report"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Results Announcement and Annual Report.

As disclosed on page 17 of the Results Announcement and page 295 of the Annual Report, the item "Others" under "Other Income" for FY2019 was RMB14,167,000. In this supplemental announcement, the Company will provide additional information on the breakdown of "Others" as follows:
