Chongqing Boning Investment Co., Ltd. signed share transfer agreement to acquire Hainan Ruize Ecological Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. from Hainan RuiZe New Building Material Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002596) for CNY 41.3 million on December 5, 2019. Under the terms, Chongqing Boning Investment Co., Ltd. will undertake Hainan Ruize Ecological Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.'s debt of CNY 41.3 million. For the year ended December 31, 2018, Hainan Ruize Ecological Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 45.3 million, net assets of CNY 5.3 million, revenue of CNY 0, operating loss of CNY 0.01 million and net loss of CNY 0.9 million. The transaction has been approved in the 36th meeting of the Hainan RuiZe New Building Material Co.,Ltd's 4th directorate.
