Halcyon Agri Corporation Limited Announces Retirement of Alan Rupert Nisbet as Lead Independent Director, Chairman of Audit Committee, and Member of the Nominating Committee, Remuneration Committee and Strategy and Investment Committee

Halcyon Agri Corporation Limited announced that Mr. Alan Rupert Nisbet has decided not to seek re-election as a Director of the Company. He has retired from office by rotation at the conclusion of the Company's annual general meeting held on 27 April 2022, pursuant to Regulation 91 of the Constitution of the Company. Upon his retirement as a Director of the Company, Mr. Nisbet ceases to be the Lead Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Nominating Committee, Remuneration Committee as well as the Strategy and Investment Committee.
