Harvest Enterprises Inc. announced the appointment of two new members to its board of directors. Harvest appointed Elroy Sailor, the co-founder, CEO and managing partner of Watts Partners. Harvest also appointed Mark Barnard, the CEO of Octopus Group and former vice president of Diageo. Mr. Barnard is a serial entrepreneur, alcohol industry executive and consumer goods leader. As Founder, CEO and Managing Partner of Watts Partners, Sailor is responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic direction of a multi-industry, full-service government affairs firm that focuses on domestic and international emerging marketplaces. Prior to his time at Watts Partners, Sailor served as the director of urban affairs for former Michigan Governor John Engler. Mark Barnard is CEO of Octopus Group. Prior to his time at Octopus Group, Barnard served as global vice president for Unilever; chief of value creation at Value Creation Pte. Ltd., and global executive vice president of commercial for Diageo.
