HEXAOM Continued sales momentum with Orders up 21.5%

Marked increase of 1st quarter 2017 Sales: +€36.8M
The MAISONS FRANCE CONFORT group reported 1st quarter Sales of €182.6M, up 25.3% over last year.
This strong growth reflects both the solid commercial performances recorded during the course of 2016 and, from 1st January 2017, the integration of L'Atelier des Compagnons Group business activity.
At constant perimeter, growth for the quarter thus stood at 15.0%
In the first quarter, the Renovation activity represents for a total turnover of €25.3M.
Strong increase in orders at the end of March in new build and renovation activities
Following record order-intake for fiscal year 2016, the 2017 1st quarter Sales activity remains highly dynamic. The Group thus registered 1,905 gross orders in the home construction activity, i.e. up +17.7% in number and 21.5% in value over 1st half 2016. They thus represent a turnover of €215.3M (excl. tax) against €177.2M (excl. tax) in the 1st quarter 2016.
Order intake in the BtoC activity (Camif, Illico Travaux et Rénovert) at 31st March 2017 amounts to €13.1M, up 28.7% against 31st March 2016, thus confirming their strong commercial orientation.
Improved profitability and strong growth assured for 2017
These strong commercial performances on top of the significant order intake recorded for fiscal year 2016, allow MAISONS FRANCE CONFORT, given the level of ongoing building projects, to confirm an organic double-digit growth of its production for fiscal year 2017, along with its external growth.
The diversification strategy implemented in the renovation activity resulted in a turnover of over 100 M€ in this activity in 2017.
Considering the volume effect in the home construction activity and the higher dynamic in the renovation activity, operational profitability should yet again improve and achieve a more normative level.
