Peter Coker, Jr. entered into an agreement to acquire 19.1% stake in Hometown International, Inc. (OTCPK:HWIN) from Christine T. Lindenmuth for $0.002 million on December 31, 2019. Peter Coker, Jr. will acquire 1 million shares of the common stock for a purchase price of $0.0015 per share in cash. In a related transaction, Paul F. Morina also agreed to sell 1 million shares in Hometown International to Peter Coker on December 31, 2019. The transaction was funded through the personal funds of Peter Coker. On February 17, 2020, Mr. Coker was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hometown International. The Crone Law Group acted as the legal advisor for Hometown International.
