Horizons Enhanced Income Energy ETF Announces Distributions for the Month Ending September 30, 2015, Payable on or about October 13, 2015

Horizons Enhanced Income Energy ETF announced a distribution of $0.04325 per HEE unit and $0.04146 per HEE. A unit for the period ending September 30, 2015. The ex-dividend date for the distributions is anticipated to be September 28, 2015, for all unitholders of record on September 30, 2015.

The distributions will be paid in cash, or if the unitholder has enrolled in the respective ETF's dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the applicable ETF, on or about October 13, 2015.
