Abu Dhabi Investment Authority agreed to acquire 10% stake in HDFC Capital Advisors Limited from Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (BSE:500010) for INR 1.8 billion on April 20, 2022. The deal is expected to close on April 30, 2022. PWC acted as financial advisor to HDFC Capital.

Ernst & Young LLP acted as the financials advisor to Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.
