Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited Recommends Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-2022, Payable July 1, 2022 Onwards

Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited at its annual general meeting to be held on June 30, 2022, recommended a dividend of INR 30 per equity share of face value of INR 2 each for the financial year 2021-2022. Dividend payment date to be July 1, 2022 onwards. The Record Date for determining the shareholders entitled to the dividend for the financial year 2021-2022, as approved by the board shall be June 1, 2022.
