Resignation of Officer and Director

On January 24, 2022, Mr. Jimmy Zhou resigned as a Director, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of HQDA Elderly Life Network Corp. (the "Company"), due to personal reasons. The Company thanks Mr. Zhou for all of years of excellent services to the Company and wishes him the best in his future endeavors.





Appointment of Officer

On January 24, 2022, in the best interest of the Company, the Board appointed Ms. Meichen Chen to be Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company. Ms. Chen has been the President, Interim Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company since November 2021.
