Zhejiang Huafeng Spandex Co. Ltd. approved cash dividend per 10 shares (tax included) of CNY 0.200 for the year 2015 at its 2015 Annual General Meeting held on 16 May 2016.
At the meeting, the company also approved amendments to the articles of association of the company.
Huafon Chemical Co Ltd, formerly ZHEJIANG HUAFON SPANDEX CO LTD, is a China-based company, principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture, processing and distribution of spandex products, under the brand name of Qianxi.
