IMA: lists filed for appointment of Board of Directors

Notice is hereby given that the following lists of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Directors, which will be submitted to the Shareholders' Meeting called for 27 October 2020, have been filed (hereinafter, Shareholders' Meeting).

List no. 1

The list filed by the shareholder SO.FI.M.A. Società Finanziaria Macchine Automatiche S.p.A. for a total of 22,295,194 shares representing 51.594% of the share capital (hereinafter, SOFIMA List).

List no. 2

The list filed by the Law Firm Trevisan & Associati, on behalf of a group of asset management companies, for a total of 1,650,693 shares representing 3.81994% of the share capital (hereinafter, Asset Management List).

SOFIMA List includes a proposal to the Shareholders' Meeting to appoint a Board of Directors composed of eleven members.

SOFIMA List and Asset Management List, together with the required documentation and the accompanying information, have been filed at the registered office in Via Emilia 428/442, Ozzano dell'Emilia (Bologna) and published on the website www.ima.it, in the Investor Relations section (Shareholders Meetings), and on the authorised storage system eMarketSTORAGE (www.emarketstorage.com).
