IC Immobilien : Gruppe leases out 45,000 square metres in first six months of 2019

In the first six months of 2019 IC Immobilien Gruppe has leased out or extended existing leases for a total area of approx. 45,000 square metres throughout Germany. The focus of the leasing activities was on the office and retail asset classes.
