Resignation of Mr. Alessandro Tommasi from the position of non-

independent director of Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A.

Milan, 18 March 2024 - Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A. announces that Mr. Alessandro Tommasi, in view of the new professional opportunities he wishes to seek and of his future commitments, including of a public nature, which may emerge in the near future, to such an extent as not to allow him to dedicate adequate time to the activities required of members of the Board of Directors of Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A, has tendered, effective as of the end of the meeting of the Board of Directors of Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A. scheduled for 27 March 2024, his resignation from his position as non- independent director of Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A. and, therefore, also from his position as member of the ESG and Technological Innovation Committee of Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A. Mr. Tommasi was first appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A. on 27 April 2022. Mr. Tommasi has also been a member of the Company's ESG and Technological Innovation Committee since 27 April 2022. Based on the communications made to the Company, Alessandro Tommasi did not hold, as of today's date, directly and/or indirectly, any ordinary and/or special category shares of the Company.
