1) On March 2, 2022, the Board of Directors decided to introduce an electronic voting system to enhance the convenience of shareholders to exercise their voting rights.
2) Accordingly, at the 44th general meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on March 28, 2022, shareholders may exercise their voting rights electronically without attending the meeting.
3) Specific e-voting methods and procedures will be announced through the announcement for the general meeting of shareholders, etc.
