Impero A/S : enters partnership with KPMG LLP (Canada)

Today Impero entered into a partnership agreement with KPMG LLP (Canada) according to which Canadian companies and organizations will be offered the Impero platform to help automate and optimize their governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC).

Today, Impero entered into a partnership agreement with KPMG LLP (Canada) according to which Canadian companies and organizations will be offered the Impero platform to help automate and optimize their governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC). KPMG Canada will add the Impero platform to its offering in order to provide its customers with an agile and scalable solution to their compliance needs, with particular focus on tax and finance compliance. Initially, the auditing firm will add Impero to its tax transformations program in which KPMG assists companies in optimizing companies' compliance to meet the increasing demands from local and international compliance regulations.

KPMG Canada is the leader in delivering audit, tax, and advisory services and responds to clients' complex business challenges across the country. KPMG employs approximately 8,000 people in more than 40 locations across Canada, serving private- and public-sector clients.

For several years, Impero has had a close partnership with KPMG, one of the world's leading firms offering audit, tax, and advisory services. The partnerships span several countries, counting among others Denmark, Germany, and United Kingdom, and is now expanded to Canada.
