Implenia AG appointed Dr. Matthias Jacob as new Head of company's business unit buildings Germany. He will be succession arrangements early in place for the planned departure at the end of the year of Hans-Dieter Steinbrucker. Matthias Jacob has many years of experience in the construction industry. Among other things, he held numerous management functions at Bilfinger Berger, most recently between 2007 and 2010 as managing director of its buildings division.
