	2) The announcement of the Company No. SN.LK.65.03.0002 re: the resolution to
	appoint the director of the Company on March 4, 2022

Referring to announcement of Indara Insurance Plc. (the "Company" or "INSURE"), the Company informed the resignation of director of the Company, Mr. Visilp Vongvanichvathana, including the resolution of the Board of directors of the Company No. 10/2021-22 for appointing the new director to replace the resigned director to SET according to the announcement referring on 1) and 2) above

The Company would like to inform that the Board of directors of the Company No. 3/2022-23 convened on June 21, 2022 has a resolution to appoint the new director per abovementioned named Mr. Monson Marukatat to be the director of the Company in order to replace the position of resigned director, Mr. Visilp Vongvanichvathana. The effectiveness of the appointment will be subject to the approval of Board of Thai Group Holdings Plc., the ultimate parent company of the Company, and the Office of Insurance Commission ("OIC")
