Infigen Energy, Infigen Energy Re Limited and Infigen Energy Limited Extend Leave of Absence to Non-Executive Director Fiona Harris

Infigen Energy announced that the boards of Infigen Energy Limited, Infigen Energy RE Limited and Infigen Energy (Bermuda) Limited have granted Ms. Fiona Harris a leave of absence as a non-executive director for a further 3 month period through to 31 March 2016. Mr. Ross Rolfe will continue as interim acting Chair of the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee in Ms. Harris's absence.
