Unaudited Operating Results of the Group for the First Quarter of 2021

This announcement is made by Inke Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries and its controlled entities, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board of Directors (the "Directors") of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce that for the first quarter of 2021, according to the unaudited management accounts of the Group and the information currently available, the operation of the Group for the first quarter of 2021 maintained the growth momentum of 2020 and it is expected that the unaudited revenue for the first quarter of 2021 will be approximately RMB1.8 billion, representing an increase of approximately 80% as compared to the corresponding period in 2020 (the first quarter of 2020: approximately RMB1.0 billion).

The Board wishes to remind the investors that the operating results for the first quarter of 2021 is based on the preliminary preparation of internal information and may differ from the figures to be disclosed in the annual and interim results of the Company.

Shareholders and prospective investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company.
