Intermedical Care and Lab Hospital Public Company Limited entered into information memorandum to acquire Suksawat Medical Company Limited from Sutinee Chatthanakul, Achawin Thamsoonthorn and Korbkaew Thamsoonthorn for approximately THB 160 million.

Intermedical Care and Lab Hospital Public Company Limited (SET:IMH) entered into information memorandum to acquire Suksawat Medical Company Limited from Sutinee Chatthanakul, Achawin Thamsoonthorn and Korbkaew Thamsoonthorn for approximately THB 160 million on March 3, 2021. The transaction will be financed from loan from financial institutions not approximately THB 70 million and its working capital for remaining amount. THB 20 million is payable on the date of signing of sale and purchase agreement.

The transaction is approved by the board of Intermedical Care and Lab Hospital Public Company. The transaction is expected to close in Quarter 1, 2021.
