«INTRALOT SA - INTEGRATED LOTTERY SYSTEMS AND SERVICES» (distinctive title «INTRALOT») hereby informs the investing public, according to L. 3556/2007 and article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, in the context of the Company's share capital increase in cash and with preemption rights in favor of the existing shareholders, according to the 02.10.2023 resolution of the Company's Board of Directors and pursuant to the authorization granted to the Board of Directors by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders dated 30.08.2023, that Mr. Constantinos G. Antonopoulos, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of INTRALOT, on October 17, 2023 sold 5,374,053 pre-emption rights with a total value of €16,122.16.
